good days and bad days

Like any other sufferers of chronic illnesses, I have good days and I have bad days.  I can't control anything about them or predict when they will arrive; they just happen.  Anyway.  On my good days I am more 'here' than usual and on bad days I can't even upload anything.  Because of my illness, I can't make myself feel better just by thinking real hard and wishing and hard work.  It's not something you pull out of with hard work, I need help and am receiving it.  However, I'm still searching for a cure or treatment that will stick.  Just bare with me and know I'm not being a flake to hurt anyone else, I just can't stop my problems like that.
